Self-Assessments

Understand yourself, strengthen your recovery

Self-awareness is one of the most powerful tools in mental health and addiction recovery. Pax Healing’s Self-Assessment Tools are designed to help clients, families, and professionals identify symptoms, track progress, and better understand when professional support may be needed. These confidential, clinically informed screeners provide insight—not diagnosis—so individuals can make informed decisions about care.
Why self-assessments matter
Self-assessments are the first step toward clarity. By identifying key emotional, behavioral, or physical patterns, clients can recognize early warning signs and seek help before symptoms escalate.

Key benefits include:

  • Increased awareness of mental health and behavioral patterns

  • Early identification of depression, anxiety, or substance use concerns

  • Guidance on when to seek a professional evaluation

  • Tracking personal growth and progress through treatment
Why self-assessments matter
Available assessments

Anxiety Screener

Measures symptoms of generalized anxiety, panic, or excessive worry. Helps clients understand if anxiety may be affecting daily life or functioning.

Depression Screener

Evaluates mood, motivation, and energy levels to determine whether persistent sadness or loss of interest may indicate a depressive disorder.

Substance Use Screener

Screens for patterns of alcohol or drug use that may suggest dependence, tolerance, or problematic behavior.
Each tool provides a private, secure way to reflect on symptoms and share results confidentially with Pax Healing’s clinical team.
