Pax Healing works with Massachusetts courts, probation departments, and law enforcement to connect adults with outpatient mental health and addiction treatment. A clinical assessment helps determine the appropriate level of care.

Our mission with diversion partners

We believe that recovery, not punishment, creates lasting change. Pax Healing’s diversion model bridges gaps between the justice system and behavioral health services, giving individuals the opportunity to rebuild their lives under professional supervision and community support.

Diversion program structure

Partial Hospitalization Program (Full Day Program)

Daytime structure offering intensive therapy, psychiatry, and daily accountability for clients stabilizing after crisis or detention.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Structured therapy several days per week focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, and behavioral accountability.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Continued outpatient care after graduation from Pax Healing IOP, with goals and scheduling individualized by the treatment team.

Family Education and Support

Guided family sessions to promote stability, communication, and consistent support for returning clients.

Case Coordination

With appropriate patient consent, Pax Healing coordinates with probation officers, courts, and referral partners about attendance and treatment progress. Contact admissions to discuss the referral and coordination process.
