Nabil Georges

MA LMHC, Chief Executive Officer

Nabil leads strategy and clinical integrity across the outpatient continuum. He focuses on person first care, outcome tracking, and partnerships that speed access from courts, hospitals, and community providers.

Edmon Paules,

Chief Operating Officer

Edmon directs operations, compliance, and performance improvement. He builds systems that keep care timely, documentation clear, and resources focused on client progress.

Abbey Lake,

MA LMHC, Director of Clinical Services

Abbey shapes therapeutic programming and provides supervision for group and individual clinicians. She ensures CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, and trauma informed practices are delivered consistently across Full Day Program, IOP, and OP.

Karl Liebermann,

DO, Medical Director

Dr. Liebermann oversees comprehensive evaluation and medication management, including MAT and Vivitrol when clinically indicated. He integrates medication plans with therapy goals and ensures safety protocols are followed.

Brandon Milton,

BS, Program Coordinator

Brandon coordinates day to day program flow and staffing. He aligns clinical operations, schedules, and partner communication so each client’s plan is practical, predictable, and accountable.

Matthew Gear,

Community Outreach Coordinator

Matthew develops referral pathways with district courts, probation offices, police departments, hospitals, community providers, and other resources in the community. His work shortens the time between a crisis and the right level of care.

Your care team

Clients work with licensed therapists, group facilitators, psychiatric providers, and care coordinators who are trained in CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, and trauma informed care. Each clinician is selected for skill, integrity, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and referral partners.
