Who We Are

Who We Are

Pax Healing is a Massachusetts outpatient provider dedicated to removing the barriers that keep people from getting help. We deliver coordinated day and evening services that include Full Day Program, IOP, OP, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and family education. Our team blends clinical expertise, operational rigor, and community partnerships so clients receive timely, respectful, and effective care without leaving work or home for overnight treatment.

Mission

To provide compassionate, evidence based mental health and substance use treatment that empowers individuals to achieve lasting recovery. We treat every person with dignity, create structured paths forward, and measure progress so change is visible and sustainable.

Compassion

Every client is more than a diagnosis. We listen carefully, tailor plans, and protect dignity at every step.

Excellence

Care follows proven protocols. We maintain strong clinical oversight, rigorous compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

Accessibility

MassHealth and Medicaid credentialing, expanding commercial networks, and telehealth options remove cost and distance barriers.

image

Collaboration

Courts, probation, hospitals, police departments, and community providers are partners in recovery, not bystanders.

image

Integrity

Clear expectations, transparent coverage discussions, and honest progress updates build trust and accountability.

image

Innovation

We refine programs using outcomes data, client feedback, and evolving best practices.

How Our Outpatient Model Works
image

A full continuum with one coordinated team

Clients enter at the level that matches need and step down as stability grows. Hand offs are planned and documented so momentum is never lost.

image

Integrated therapy and psychiatry

CBT, DBT, trauma informed care, relapse prevention, and medication management align toward shared goals. Plans are reviewed and adjusted based on progress.

image

Measured outcomes

We track attendance, engagement, symptom change, safety events, and patient reported outcomes. Data informs daily decisions and long term improvements.

Respect for real life

Schedules support employment, school, parenting, transportation limits, and court requirements. Telehealth keeps care moving when travel is a challenge.

Who We Serve

Adults seeking help for substance use, mental health conditions, or both. Many are insured through MassHealth or Medicaid. Some are balancing legal obligations or returning to daily life after inpatient or detox. All deserve care that is respectful, structured, and based on what works.

Accreditation, Licensing, and Compliance

Pax Healing operates with strict adherence to state and accreditation standards. Policies, training, supervision, and audits protect client safety and program quality. Documentation supports clear communication with clients, families, and referral partners.

Community Partnerships

We work directly with district courts, probation offices, police departments, and emergency departments to shorten the time between a crisis and care. Diversion pathways reduce incarceration cycles and connect clients to structured outpatient treatment with accountability. Hospitals and EDs rely on us for rapid step down and coordinated follow up.

Our Promise

You will be met with empathy and a plan. You will understand your level of care, your goals, and how we will measure progress together. Your family will receive education and clear guidance. Your community partners will have coordinated communication. Your time and trust will be honored.
