How our outpatient continuum works
Our Programs

Partial Hospitalization Program (Full Day Program)

Purpose
Intensive day treatment for adults who need significant structure without inpatient admission.

Typical schedule
Five to six hours per day, five days per week.

Core elements

  • Daily therapeutic groups that build CBT, DBT, and relapse prevention skills
  • Weekly or more frequent individual therapy focused on goals, triggers, and accountability
  • Psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management
  • Family education and coordinated communication when appropriate

Ideal for
Clients stepping down from inpatient or detox, or those with symptoms that disrupt daily function but do not require 24 hour supervision.

Goals
Stabilize symptoms, strengthen safety plans, build coping skills, and prepare for IOP.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Purpose
Structured support for adults who need more than weekly therapy with room to manage work, school, or caregiving.

Typical schedule
About three hours per day, three to five days per week.

Core elements

  • Skills focused groups on emotion regulation, craving management, and communication
  • Individual counseling that reviews progress and barriers
  • Ongoing psychiatric and medication management as needed

Ideal for
Step down from Full Day Program or step up from OP when symptoms increase.
Goals
Maintain gains, reduce relapse risk, and strengthen daily routines.

Telehealth Services

Access from home
Secure virtual sessions for therapy and medication management when travel or distance is a barrier.

Ideal for
Clients balancing work schedules, childcare, transportation limits, or rural distance.

Family Education and Support

One to two sessions per week based on clinical need.
