Psychiatric Evaluation is a medical comprehensive assessment conducted by a psych provider (Psychiatrist and or Psych Nurse Practitioner) to evaluate the client’s Mental Health and or Substance Use conditions, determine specific diagnoses, and develop treatment plans accordingly including Medication Management and Psychotherapy.
